When having to deal with the pain of your car not working it’s nice to have one aspect of it going smoothly. Had Andy come and help get the car out from underground parking and to the mechanics. Was friendly and efficient. Got the car out quickly, especially considering the difficulty of towing from underground parking.

Rather use a small company that is quick and reliable, specially in this cold weather. Instead of waiting hours for AMA. Very friendly also gave me a ride.

Ryan came out with his GMC Denali Dually to tow me out of the upper level West Edmonton Mall parkade, on one of the coldest days we’ve seen here this season. He was very fast, efficient and polite.This was the second company that came, as the first one did not take into account the 6’6” height restriction of the mall parkade, that I made very clear about when booking.The price was very reasonable and the owner of the company went out of his way to get me a truck that would fit.I’m still in awe of watching the truck go down the ramp and the operator popping his head out the sunroof to ensure clearance, and succeeding, by what seemed like a few millimetres!I highly recommend this company! Hopefully I’ll never have to call them again, but if I need a tow, 100% am calling TSE! Thanks guys!!!

I was in an accident, and was worried I would get taken advantage of since I was from out of town but these guys were a lifesavers. They arrived quickly, were professional and reassuring, and they handled my car with great care. Their service was efficient, greatly priced, and made a stressful situation much easier. I got stuck in a ditch at 2am. My guy Andy picked up his phone and came instantly. I was really in a situation and he completely helped and offered me warmth if the car was down. I would 100% recommend anyone to use them!!!

Called to get my car towed in the evening yesterday and these guys were the best! Very understanding to a girl not knowing what I'm doing. Very good priced and 10/10 customer service! Would definitely recommend and will be using again if needed!!!!

Took a chance and called these guys instead of waiting hours for one of the bigger companies and the tow truck showed up in minutes!!! Very happy with the bill too. My driver was kind and courteous and even offered to drive me home!
