When having to deal with the pain of your car not working it’s nice to have one aspect of it going smoothly. Had Andy come and help get the car out from underground parking and to the mechanics. Was friendly and efficient. Got the car out quickly, especially considering the difficulty of towing from underground parking.

Ryan came out with his GMC Denali Dually to tow me out of the upper level West Edmonton Mall parkade, on one of the coldest days we’ve seen here this season. He was very fast, efficient and polite.
This was the second company that came, as the first one did not take into account the 6’6” height restriction of the mall parkade, that I made very clear about when booking.
The price was very reasonable and the owner of the company went out of his way to get me a truck that would fit.
I’m still in awe of watching the truck go down the ramp and the operator popping his head out the sunroof to ensure clearance, and succeeding, by what seemed like a few millimetres!
I highly recommend this company! Hopefully I’ll never have to call them again, but if I need a tow, 100% am calling TSE! Thanks guys!!!

I was in an accident, and was worried I would get taken advantage of since I was from out of town but these guys were a lifesavers.
